Processing Times
Orders received before 11am AEST will be shipped the same day, Monday – Friday.
If placed after 11am AEST orders will be shipping the next day.
Orders placed after 11am Friday will be dispatched the following Monday morning.
Which Courier Do You Use?
You will receive your Aus Post tracking details once your item has been dispatched. Please allow up to 12 hours for your tracking to register in the carrier’s system.

How Do I Personalise My Wine Label?
We use a built in Canva design system. If you have never used Canva before, it is as easy as it gets. Drag and drop photos, texts and anything you want to customise exactly how you want it. No holds barred, get creative!
Start by picking your desired wine and the follow the steps to create your labels.

Do I Have To Use A Template?
No you do not have to use one of our templates. The templates can be used as a guide and inspiration.

Where Do You Get Your Wines From?
We have been in the wine industry since 2003 for 20 years supplying restaurants, retail and online. From our experience we have put together a wine list from Australia’s leading vineyards, some of which I’m sure you have heard of. Our three most popular include Tyrells (Hunter Valley), Hardys (McLaren Vale) and Smith and Shaw (Adelaide Hills).

What Payment Options Do We Have?
We provide several payment methods to suit your needs, including popular credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX, alongside digital wallets like Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Additionally, we offer Afterpay for customers who prefer the convenience of purchasing now and paying later.
We also offer cash on arrival if you want to come and pick up your order from our Sydney store.
Can My Gift(s) Arrive On A Specific Date?
Yes you can do this. Place an order and then let us know either via email, call or text that you want it to be delivered on a specific date. We will make this happen for you.
