By placing an order with Wine Works Well, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by an acceptable bank to make a purchase. Our products are not available to individuals under 18. It is illegal to sell or provide alcohol to anyone under 18.

Order Acceptance

Wine Works Well reserves the right to reject any purchase order. If we accept your order, you will receive an email confirmation.

Contract Formation

A contract is formed between us once we email you confirmation that your goods have been dispatched. The contract pertains only to the items listed in the dispatch confirmation email.

Pricing

We strive for accuracy in all product details and pricing. If an error is identified, we will correct it and offer you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. Additional delivery charges, where applicable, are clearly stated and included in the total cost. All prices are in Australian.

Stock Availability

We aim to maintain accurate stock records. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to suggest an alternative product at a comparable price. If no suitable alternative is available, we will issue a full refund.

Payment

Upon receiving your order, we will verify your payment card to ensure sufficient funds are available for the transaction.

Delivery Conditions

By law, we cannot sell or supply alcohol to anyone under 18. We rely on any individual at the delivery address to accept the order as authorised.

Returns Policy

Wine Works Well upholds your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described, we will exchange it upon proof of purchase. Contact us via email at matt@wineworkswell.com.au for returns and exchanges.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, we offer a lifetime guarantee for a full refund or replacement. Contact us, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Delivery

Delivery is handled by Aus Post.

Delivery fee is $10.50 Australia Wide.
