The shipping cost is based off weight, so if you are ordering larger orders please contact us and we will use a courier service for you.

Can I pick up my wine from your store?

If you are located in Sydney, you are more than welcome to come to our store and pick it up.

How do I track my order?

When you ordered placed we send you a confirmation email with our your Aus Post tracking number. You can go onto the Aus Post website and put in your tracking number and it will give you live updates.

Where do you get your wines from?

We have been in the wine industry since 2003 for 20 years supplying restaurants, retail and online. From our experience we have put together a wine list from Australia’s leading vineyards, some of which I’m sure you have heard of. Our three most popular include Tyrells (Hunter Valley), Hardys (McLaren Vale) and Smith and Shaw (Adelaide Hills).

You can be reassured that the beautiful custom labels that adorn your wines are matched by the quality of the liquid in the bottle.

What payment options do you have?

We provide several payment methods to suit your needs, including popular credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX, alongside digital wallets like Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Additionally, we offer Afterpay for customers who prefer the convenience of purchasing now and paying later.

We also offer cash on arrival if you want to come and pick up your order from our Sydney store.

Returns Policy?

We aim to guarantee your full contentment with every purchase. Should you face any concerns, such as damage in transit or a product defect, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll promptly address the matter, whether it involves sending a replacement or finding an alternate solution.

Can my gift arrive on a specific date?

Yes you can do this. Place an order and then let us know either via email, call or text that you want it to be delivered on a specific date. We will make this happen for you.

Discounts for bulk orders?

Yes discounts are available for bulk orders.

We offer 50% off our wine for 12 or more bottles.
